Reporting to the Customer Development Head – Greencross, this role offers more than just numbers and reports. As a Customer Development Analyst, you’ll be at the heart of driving profitable sales growth, enabling smarter decision-making, and helping shape the future of how we bring our products to life in-store and online. We're looking for a rising star with high learning agility and the ambition to grow into a National Account Manager role in the near future.
You’ll support the team operationally and strategically – whether it’s by enhancing executional excellence, delivering sharp insights, or activating game-changing promotions and product launches across all channels.
Strong Sales experience that includes selling, negotiating and leveraging insights
Previous customer/retailer experience
Proven ability to deliver successful solutions that cover product, placement, promotion and/ or pricing; with an excellent track record of meeting / exceeding sales objectives
Good interpersonal skills and proven ability to develop long term, effective and influential business relationships
Demonstrated Category Leadership and commercial skills
Strong desire for self development
Mange promotional & activation submissions
Performance reporting (internal & external)
Functional support in claims and accrual management
Monitor and evaluate customer activation initiatives across the category to understand the effectiveness
Scope to assume full P&L responsibility for a high priority segment
Execute and optimize the promotional & shopper marketing plan within guardrails
Leverage insights to support Mars Petcare and SPT with activation recommendations that will drive conversion and category growth
