Reporting to the Customer Development Head – Greencross, this role offers more than just numbers and reports. As a Customer Development Analyst, you’ll be at the heart of driving profitable sales growth, enabling smarter decision-making, and helping shape the future of how we bring our products to life in-store and online. We're looking for a rising star with high learning agility and the ambition to grow into a National Account Manager role in the near future. 

You’ll support the team operationally and strategically – whether it’s by enhancing executional excellence, delivering sharp insights, or activating game-changing promotions and product launches across all channels. 
 

What are we looking for? 
  • Strong Sales experience that includes selling, negotiating and leveraging insights 

  • Previous customer/retailer experience 

  • Proven ability to deliver successful solutions that cover product, placement, promotion and/ or pricing; with an excellent track record of meeting / exceeding sales objectives 

  • Good interpersonal skills and proven ability to develop long term, effective and influential business relationships 

  • Demonstrated Category Leadership and commercial skills 

  • Strong desire for self development 
     

What will be your key responsibilities? 
  • Mange promotional & activation submissions 

  • Performance reporting (internal & external) 

  • Functional support in claims and accrual management 

  • Monitor and evaluate customer activation initiatives across the category to understand the effectiveness 

  • Scope to assume full P&L responsibility for a high priority segment 

  • Execute and optimize the promotional & shopper marketing plan within guardrails 

  • Leverage insights to support Mars Petcare and SPT with activation recommendations that will drive conversion and category growth
