Job Description:
Here at Mars Wrigley, we have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Development Analyst to join our Sales team.
Reporting to the Customer Development Director – COLES LARS, this role is essential to ensuring a good working relationship between the wider Coles LARS Team and our Co-Pilots in Finance and Accounts Receivables, this is pivotal for prompt resolutions when needed.
This position is responsible for prompt and accurate processing of customer claims, through aiding with validation of claims, regular accrual maintenance/closures & ensuring that the COLES LARS Team follow all Governance requirements for all of their accounts.
What would be your key responsibilities?

Build mutual working relationships with Finance & Accounts Receivables

Manage the Outstanding Deductions Register (ODR) adhering to KPI targets

Maintain Low Volume/Balance of Aged accruals.

Be the team’s expert for Promax PX - assist with Promax PX Maintenance for the COLES LARS Team Periodic Financial reporting and alignment

Periodic Financial reporting and alignment; including period close for Coles, Kmart, Aldi, Costco & Trad Value.

Communicate escalations to Line Manager of inaccurate claims received by customers for

Dispute resolution with the team

Maintain customer administrative tools and systems including COLES LARS Online Portals. Ensure New Lines are set up not just for COLES LARS but also subsidiary customers such as Kmart, Coles online Aldi & Costco.

Periodic Operational meeting collaboration including running master file & including analysis for new customers.
What are we looking for?
You possess strong analytical skills, excel in spreadsheet management, and thrive on refining processes to enhance efficiency, always seeking opportunities for improvement. In addition, you ideally have:

Tertiary qualifications & minimum circa 2 years’ experience within industry, preferably within Sales FMCG.

The ability to analyse large volumes of data, simplify and drive insight to action

A strong ability to problem solve issues in a timely manner

Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify the complex, set direction and targets and hold others to account

Strong experience analysing large volumes of data.
