You will play a key role in driving operational excellence by identifying areas for improvement, implementing Lean Six Sigma methodologies and tools, business continuity planning, business insights, and leading process and digital improvement initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, reduce waste, and improve overall efficiency. More importantly, you will help employees improve their Continuous Improvement (CI) skills and build their self-sufficiency and drive CI culture.
This is an exciting opportunity playing a pivotal position is a national role to help implement Operational Excellence. This is including:
1) CS&L Strategy support including Net Productivity pipeline development and delivery
2) Integrated Lead Six Sigma across Customer Service and Logistics for ANZ including the Truganina National DC, and
3) Digital Transformation in CS&L.

How you will contribute
You will:
- Provide training and on job/action based coaching on lean and sigma tools and techniques to help drive teams to implement foundations of Il6s and achieving their targets.
- Identify process improvement needs with department leads, facilitate sessions and support execution of newly established improvements.
- Support the delivery of the digital transformation agenda of CS&L and MSC including CS&L Control Tower, Business Insights and reporting
- Post execution of improvements, validate outcome benefits and support creation of new standards and qualification of members into new working processes
- External benchmarking, ensuring where relevant that best practice and new tools are deployed in collaboration with internal partners
What you will bring
A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:
- Experience implementing Lean and Sigma processes and thinking way including experience in new implementations (e.g. TPM for manufacturing, Lean Six Sigma in the consumer goods industry)
- Strategy development skills in Manufacturing and Supply Chain environment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills are essential, as you will be leading and collaborating with teams to drive change and achieve operational excellence
- Strong facilitation skills and ability to deliver information to all levels
- Experience in change management processes
- Logical thinking and capacity to influence
- Digital savvy skills in understanding and leading digital transformation.
- Results oriented and ability to operate in, and navigate ambiguity
- Experience such as: continuous improvement manager, team leader roles, area manager
