Job Description

The Role

We’re looking for a CRM Senior Account Manager (SAM) to join one of our biggest connected client accounts. Based in our City Road Office, you’ll be vital member of our client services/project management team. You’ll ensure the smooth running of projects across digital campaigns and CRM projects, from developing clear briefs and communicating the correct information to all members of the team, to facing clients and reporting to the Senior Account Director on the account.

Day to day, you’ll get to:

  • Manage client CRM marketing programs across client portfolio and be responsible for the day-to-day management of the projects.
  • Motivate and support the technical delivery teams to retain and grow the opportunities.
  • Lead project implementation meetings and liaise with clients to understand their requirements.
  • Quality control including reviewing of all work that is submitted to clients.
  • Working closely with the strategy and data teams to develop post campaign reports and optimisation suggestions.

  • Takes a proactive approach to managing projects.
  • Aptitude for digital technology/martech.
  • First class organisational skills and ability to multi-task.
  • Full awareness of creative processes and techniques – including digital platforms.
  • Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a cool outlook.
  • A personable and professional character that will allow you to build client rapport.
  • The confidence to give clients trust in your work.
