Our CRM team is focused on delivering engaging, personalized client experiences across email, SMS, push notification and in-app messaging throughout the customer lifecycle.

Your role in the Team's Success

We're looking for a CRM Executive to help develop and execute data-driven communications that drive conversion, retention, and client growth.

Working closely with the Acquisition & Engagement Manager, Analytics and Global CRM teams, you'll leverage platforms like Braze, Moveable Ink and Salesforce Marketing Cloud to build best-in-class CRM programmes.

This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who is looking to combine their existing CRM platform and digital expertise with strategic thinking and who thrives on turning data and technology into tangible customer outcomes.

  • Campaign execution and lifecycle management – Plan, build and execute data-driven campaigns across multiple channels (email, SMS, push, in-app) to drive conversion, onboarding, retention, engagement and reactivation objectives throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Segmentation and personalisation – Use IG customer segmentation to plan and deliver personalised campaign journeys based on customer data, behaviour, product usage and risk profiles to drive engagement and lifetime value.
  • Performance measurement and optimisation – Track, analyse and report on CRM campaign performance using key engagement metrics. Generate insights to continuously test, learn and improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Compliance and governance – Ensure all CRM activity adheres to Australian regulatory requirements (including the Spam Act, Privacy Act, and ASIC guidelines), maintaining appropriate consent and audit trails.

What you'll do

  • Support Marketing, Product, Trading and Compliance teams through execution of promotional and essential CRM campaigns.
  • Work closely with Divisional & Global CRM stakeholders to adopt and localise global best practices, leverage existing campaign frameworks and share insights across regions.
  • Use IG audience segmentation strategy and data analytics to deliver highly targeted, personalized communications that drive commercial outcomes.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to Acquisition & Engagement Manager and key stakeholders on CRM performance, trends and opportunities, using dashboards and analytics tools.
  • Manage stakeholder requests through clear prioritization and timely completion, ensuring all campaigns and initiatives are delivered to a high standard and meet agreed deadlines.
  • Coordinate campaign scheduling with local and divisional CRM teams through the CRM WIP process to manage send volumes, throttling and optimal delivery timing.
  • Stay current on CRM trends, emerging technologies, regulatory changes and competitor activity in the Australian fintech and online trading landscape.

What you'll need for this role

Essential:

  • 1-2 years' experience in CRM, marketing automation, lifecycle marketing or related digital marketing roles, with exposure to financial services, fintech or online trading environments desirable.
  • Working knowledge of customer engagement platform Braze (preferred) or Salesforce Marketing Cloud with eagerness to develop deeper technical expertise.
  • Foundational technical skills in HTML and SQL for campaign development.
  • Experience supporting or contributing to multi-channel CRM campaigns with a focus on acquisition, retention or engagement outcomes.
  • Understanding of key CRM engagement metrics and willingness to learn testing methodologies and campaign optimisation techniques.
  • Awareness of subscription management and preference centres, with understanding of Australian privacy and anti-spam legislation requirements.
  • Analytical approach with ability to interpret customer data and contribute insights to inform CRM strategy.
  • Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset, with ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated and organised, with ability to prioritise tasks and manage competing deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Naturally curious and solutions-oriented, with enthusiasm for learning and tackling new challenges.

Desirable (but not essential)

  • Exposure to regulated industries or an interest in learning about compliance frameworks, including ASIC requirements and responsible trading guidelines
  • Familiarity with other Martech and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, or customer data platforms
  • Interest in financial markets and trading products (shares, CFDs, forex, crypto)
  • Experience working in collaborative team environments, ideally with stakeholders across different functions or locations
