You'll develop and execute retention marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email and SMS, creating compelling copy and messaging that resonates with customers and reflects the unique nuances of the culture. Your focus will be on designing campaigns that engage customers at every stage of their lifecycle, with the ultimate goal of retaining them.

What you will do:

  • Coordinate all communication and content to enhance the customer experience and stages of the customer lifecycle.
  • Recommend and develop optimal plans for the delivery of campaigns, campaign format, and campaign platform to grow profitability, creating action plans and strategies where appropriate.
  • Enhance customer lifetime value, reduce churn, and implement relevant CRM strategy.
  • Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to identify which offers to promote and when.
  • Work closely with the acquisition team to maximise the growth of campaigns in the relevant market, as well as the company vision to launch into any new markets.
  • Be responsible for researching and sourcing relevant content to communicate with our customer base.
  • Monitor and analyse results of email/SMS campaigns, including completing weekly/monthly KPI reports.

What you will bring:

  • Familiarity with customer lifecycle management within the online casino space.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and data analytics tools.
  • Gambling and sports knowledge would be highly regarded.
  • Retention marketing knowledge.
  • Experience working with creative teams, such as digital design, to prepare visual assets for campaigns.

Bonus points if you also have:

  • Sports & Gambling knowledge advantageous
  • Cryptocurrency knowledge would be advantageous
