Job Description

We're looking for a Visual Designer to join our CRM team in London. You'll be helping our 60+ strong global CRM team run as smoothly as possible, to get millions of our customers excited about what Wise has to offer. 

As a Visual Designer, you’ll be a key member of the CRM team, working collaboratively with our in-team designers and copywriters to deliver campaigns of the highest quality. You will be responsible for designing emails and comms that help Wise reach millions of customers around the world.

You have a passion for crafting visually compelling email campaigns for business customers, and a deep understanding of how integral design is to CRM performance. You’re a curious A/B tester, as well as an efficiency driver to spot opportunities to scale CRM Design to support our growing team. 

  • As one of three designers in our team, you’ll be our go-to for Business customer (mostly sole traders or SMEs) emails, while also working on comms for personal customers.

  • Create visually appealing email templates that champion our brand guidelines and are laser-focused on our marketing objectives. 

  • Present your work in a clear, compelling way that shows creative and thoughtful responses to brief

  • You’ll propose ideas for A/B Testing for understanding design’s impact on core CRM metrics. 

  • You’ll contribute to our CRM Design System, and be responsible for scaling our design function in line with our growing CRM team. 

  • Design and implement responsive layouts, animations and incorporative multimedia elements that provide optimal viewing experiences across various devices and email clients.

This role will give you the opportunity to:

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in a similar role. CRM experience is essential. 

  • Previous B2B experience

  • Strong portfolio of high-impact emails that demonstrate great typographic, layout, art direction and technical skills across all things email.

  • Proven experience in designing responsive email campaigns and templates. 

  • Proficient in Figma

  • Knowledge of email software (e.g., Stripo, Braze).

  • Experience designing in multiple languages.

  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.

  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects and people simultaneously.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Experience with email automation tools and CRM platforms.

  • Knowledge of email deliverability best practices and troubleshooting.

  • Desirable: Knowledge in HTML, CSS
