We're looking for a sharp, steady, and systems-minded Creative Project Manager to join the Shark Beauty Creative Operations team. You'll be at the heart of it all - keeping high-impact projects aligned, timelines honest, and deliverables moving through the many layers it takes to get to approval.
You're the kind of person who thrives in motion: highly organized, confident under pressure, and fluent in the language of creative problem-solving. You respect the process (and know it rarely goes as planned). When revisions come fast and often, you bring clarity. When the stakes are high, you bring calm.
What You'll Do
This role is about guiding ideas from concept through completion across multiple iterations, versions, and feedback loops. You'll manage the swirl without getting swept up in it.

• Own the Full Project Lifecycle: You'll lead a mix of fast-turn and complex creative projects from start to finish, knowing that "finish" might come after a dozen rounds, not two. You'll build schedules and keep everything (and everyone) aligned along the way.

• Run the Room: From kickoffs to midstream check-ins, you'll guide meetings with clarity and tact. You'll set expectations, distill feedback, and steer conversations while keeping the energy productive and forward-focused.

• Navigate Cross-Functional Dynamics: You'll collaborate with creatives, marketers, product development, content producers, and global teams - often at once. You'll know when to push, when to pause, and when to just listen. Your communication style is clear, considerate, and rooted in trust.

• Balance Structure with Agility: You'll bring rigor to process by tracking details, flagging blockers, and managing resources, all while staying nimble through constant iteration and change. You're not thrown by shifting timelines or a fresh round of feedback late in the game.

• Uphold Quality & Brand Standards: You're the final checkpoint before deliverables move forward. You'll catch inconsistencies, clarify unclear feedback, and ensure that every output reflects the strength of the brand.

What You Bring

• 7+ years of project management experience in creative, agency, or marketing environments

• A proven track record managing campaigns from concept to execution, with multiple stakeholders and multiple revisions

• Proficiency with project management tools like Wrike, and the judgment to know when a conversation works better than a checklist

• Master-level organizational skills, attention to detail, and a sixth sense for where things can go sideways

• Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to absorb, interpret, and relay information across disciplines and personalities

• Confidence working in a high-velocity environment that requires you to shift gears without losing your grip

• A mix of resilience and empathy - you know how to keep things moving without burning bridges

• Ability to manage multiple projects at once, knowing that priorities will shift and "final" rarely means final

• Appreciation for creative teams and the nuance it takes to support them without stifling them

Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary range for this position is displayed below. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

$102,600-$136,900 USD
