We have an exciting opportunity at nbn for a Creative Operations Specialist. This role will report to the Executive Manager Marketing Delivery.
A bit about your role
As the Creative Operations Specialist, you will play a central role in coordinating the delivery of creative and digital projects across internal teams and agency partners. This is a hands-on role that brings structure and momentum to a fast-paced environment, helping to triage requests, manage workflows and ensure campaigns move smoothly from briefing to go-live.
You will be responsible for scheduling and resourcing across the internal creative team, mapping processes and ensuring all approvals are in place within a highly regulated space. Your work will span creative, design and media agency coordination, with a strong focus on optimising delivery and maintaining visibility across multiple workstreams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on organisation, enjoys solving problems, and brings clarity to complex workflows.
A bit about you
The successful candidate will bring strong experience in creative production, marketing or digital, with a solid understanding of trafficking, triage and resource management. You are confident working with internal teams and external agencies, and have a natural ability to prioritise, communicate clearly and keep things moving. This role is ideal for an agency Creative Services, Resource or Traffic Manager looking to make the move client Side.
You are detail-oriented and solutions-focused, with a good working knowledge of digital workflow tools such as Monday.com or Jira. Your collaborative mindset and ability to manage competing priorities will help ensure creative delivery is efficient, aligned and purposeful. With your calm approach and strong stakeholder engagement skills, you’ll help shape a creative function that’s agile, responsive and ready to deliver.
