The Role:
The Course Advisor promotes EmployEase’s training programs to prospective students, community organisations, and corporate clients. You’ll run information sessions, guide learners through enrolment, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
Day to day, you’ll engage with warm leads through inbound and outbound calls, support students with eligibility and funding requirements, and manage your pipeline via our CRM. You’ll also work with enrolments and admin teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
In addition to student recruitment, the role contributes to business development by building relationships with corporate and LMS clients, exploring new opportunities, and supporting tailored training solutions. With achievable targets and a supportive team, this is a chance to make a real impact in helping people start meaningful careers in aged care and disability support.
About You:
- Strong communicator with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Sales experience in a business-to-consumer environment ideal
- Driven, competitive, and motivated to achieve results
- Tech-savvy and confident using CRM systems
