As the Corporate Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving and achieving monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets. You will identify and nurture potential and existing customers and guide them through the sales process and provide the best product solution. You will be driven by sales targets and managing relationships with Corporate Customers via telephone and email.
You are someone with superior organizational skills and strongly driven to achieve targets. You possess great verbal communication skills, an understanding of the brand, and strong customer service skills as well as creativity and flexibility. You will be responsible for researching customers and their industries, building relationships, and promoting our products/services to drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities:

Manage inbound Corporate Sales enquiries by gathering customer needs and understanding their requirements

Develop strong relationships with customers by offering personalized solutions that meet their requirements and leveraging your Brand/Product knowledge to cross-sell/up-sell

Continuously review and implement strategies or workflows that support improved conversion, efficiencies and customer service, thus increasing overall customer satisfaction

Engage leads from start to finish, guiding them through the process and maintain consistent communication to build trust and confidence

Acting as a brand ambassador and first point of contact for our corporate customers and partners, resolving problems and delivering exceptional customer experiences that are aligned with our quality standards

Scheduling Calls: Arrange calls and product education with prospective customers tailoring the order

Sales Order Processing: Support the processing of sales orders, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete, manage operational requirements for order fulfilment

Customer Communication: Maintain regular contact with customers, providing updates on order status and addressing their inquiries

Data Management: Process data and generate reports using Excel and the company database

Documentation: Handle customer paperwork and contracts and create marketing materials such as brochures and costing sheets.

Strong understanding of brand and ensuring customers align with YETI’s strategy and brand guidelines
Qualifications and Attributes:

At least 2+ years of experience in customer service or sales related position
-
B2B experience is preferred

Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
-
Strong written and verbal communication skills
-
Proven experience working in a fast-paced high-volume environment
