Education Perfect is an EdTech platform designed to empower educators and amplify their impact in the classroom. We aim to enable teachers to personalise learning at scale with a range of powerful learning, assessment, and insights tools, helping them and their students reach their full potential.

We require 2 highly experienced New South Wales Senior Mathematics teachers to audit existing Education Perfect content to ensure it aligns with the Mathematics outcomes for the new Senior (11-12) syllabuses for Mathematics Standard and Mathematics Advanced (2024).

This position will require the successful candidate to:

  • Carefully examine each EP lesson and align it to the appropriate outcome/s from the most recent Mathematics syllabus
  • Organise the existing content into a folder structure that makes resources accessible to teachers
  • Assess the percentage coverage for each focus area
  • Recommend any adaptations to existing lessons and/or identify any new lessons that may need to be built due to changes in the study design

Please note: This role does not include the creation of any content. 

This role offers the flexibility of remote work, using the suite of Google Applications (Docs and Sheets). You will have the freedom to manage your time and work independently. 

The work is expected to take approximately 20 hours to complete (in total) and must be delivered within 4 weeks of the agreed start date. The successful applicant will be required for a further 2 weeks to apply feedback and address any questions. Upon successful completion of the project, a payment of $1000 AUD will be made. 

Requirements of this position include:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience teaching Year 11 and 12 Mathematics in New South Wales, specifically following the syllabus for Mathematics Standard or Mathematics Advanced
  • An understanding of the curriculum changes that have taken place with the most recent version of the NSW Year 11 - 12 Mathematics syllabuses (2024)
  • Experience in analysing curriculum documents and content resources
  • Proficiency in Google Docs and Sheets
  • Ability to work independently and to adhere to a strict timeline
  • Experience using Education Perfect in the classroom is preferred
