What’s the role?
Join our dynamic JAPAC team as an Associate Renewals Manager! In this influential role, you'll manage small business customer contracts within the ANZ region, ensuring their inquiries are resolved and contracts renewed with a focus on expansion. Your expertise will maximise customer investments in HubSpot and drive business excellence.
What will you do?
- Skilfully negotiate renewals and contract changes, resolving inquiries and ensuring timely renewals through video meetings, emails, and phone calls.
- Collaborate with sales, customer success, and billing teams to expand accounts and uncover new product opportunities.
- Drive process improvements by advocating for our Contract Management Organisation, providing feedback, and piloting new processes.
- Engage in forecasting discussions and pipeline reviews to align strategies with organisational goals.
Who are you?
- You have 1+ year of prior experience in contract management, renewal management, account management, or in a retention-focused customer service role, or sales.
- You're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- You approach challenges with curiosity, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
- You excel in negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- You're organised, detail-oriented, and adept at managing priorities in a dynamic environment.
- You're a team player committed to nurturing an inclusive and equitable workspace.
