NTT Data is seeking a meticulous Contract Lifecycle Administrator to join their dynamic team to based in Melbourne or Canberra. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the team and ensure that new Contract employees are onboarded effectively. 

In this role, you will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks, as well as gathering of information and managing internal stakeholders and processes.

Your attention to detail and organisational skills will be crucial in maintaining accurate records and managing documentation, to successfully contribute to maintaining a compliant and efficient onboarding experience. 

Working at NTT 

  • Performs data management tasks which may include employee information, job history, working experiences, dependent information, background checking etc 
  • Call new Contract employees to explain the onboarding requirements, answer any questions they have and ensure all relevant and necessary information has been provided
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders such as sales, delivery and management to provide an excellent Contractor experience
  • Ensure all new contracts are sent in a timely manner, in accordance with the SLA's
  • Ensure accurate and timely updates of the system 
  • Respond to enquiries from contract employees and managers in a timely manner
  • Prepare important employee documentation inclusive but not limited to employment contracts and manage the process to completion
  • Monitors and ensures contracts that are due for renewal are actioned before contract expiration.
  • Manage the background checking process for new contractors and ensure completion
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary contract information and ensure timely approvals.
  • Support continuous process improvement initiatives within the contract administration function.

What will make you a good fit for the role? 

  • The ideal candidate will have strong administrative experience, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail.
  • Familiarity with recruitment and an understanding of employee contract terminology will be advantageous.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey complex contract concepts to diverse audiences.
  • High level organisational skills, with the ability to follow up, communicate any issues efficiently and effectively and manage processes to completion
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, management, and external partners to achieve common goals.
