Contract Compliance Specialist

Team Global Express is seeking a highly organised and detail‑driven Contract Compliance Specialist to ensure our delivery partners meet the mandatory standards required to operate safely and professionally on our behalf. Supporting a designated region, you’ll play a critical role in onboarding new partners, maintaining ongoing compliance, and upholding the integrity of our service standards.

In this role, you’ll guide prospective partners through compliance requirements, collect and verify essential documentation, and manage renewals of time‑sensitive credentials. Acting as a key connection point between delivery partners, operations, and the business, you’ll maintain accurate records and ensure continuous alignment with regulatory, safety, and Chain of Responsibility (CoR) obligations.

What You’ll Do

• Be the first contact for potential delivery partners, advising on prerequisites and compliance standards

• Collect, review, and verify documentation including insurances, trading details, and safety policies

• Maintain accurate compliance records and monitor renewals for insurances, licences, and certifications

• Support subcontractor onboarding, prequalification, induction, and ongoing performance management

• Work closely with HSE and operational teams to address audit outcomes and ensure safe, compliant operations

• Identify and escalate risks, gaps, or deficiencies in submissions and recommend process improvements

• Manage your workload with high professional discipline, confidentiality, and accuracy

What You Bring

• 3+ years’ experience in transport, contracts, or compliance

• Strong understanding of contract and onboarding requirements

• Ability to build trusted relationships with business and delivery partners

• Experience managing agreements and compliance documentation
