We are looking for a Contracts Administrator to join our team based in Melbourne. The Contract Administrator role supports the effective management of contracts throughout the project lifecycle. This role is responsible for preparing, reviewing, and maintaining contract documentation, ensuring compliance with contractual terms, and assisting in the resolution of contract-related issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation, negotiation, and execution of contracts.
  • Maintain accurate records of contract documentation, variations, and correspondence.
  • Monitor contract performance and compliance with terms and conditions.
  • Support project teams with contract interpretation and administration.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external parties to resolve contract issues.
  • Contribute to risk identification and mitigation strategies.
About You
  • Tertiary qualifications in business, law, construction management, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in contract administration or a similar role.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good understanding of contract law and procurement processes.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
