About the Role:

  • We are seeking a Content Operations who has a sharp sense of popular culture and a strong online awareness, focusing on managing short video promotional content for the company's official social media accounts. You will have the opportunity to engage in planning, producing, and releasing high-quality content, thereby enhancing the brand's social media influence and interacting with global users.


Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Short Video Management: Take charge of planning, producing, and releasing promotional short video content on the company's official social media platforms, ensuring that the content matches the brand's style and conforms to the trends of social media platforms.
  •  Content Creative Planning: Integrate hot topics from fields like popular culture, technology, life, and entertainment to generate innovative short video content ideas, attracting and retaining user attention.
  • Daily Operations and User Interaction: Regularly update social media accounts, handle content management, user interaction, and feedback collection on these platforms.
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Cooperate with teams such as design, marketing, and product to ensure that the content aligns with the company's overall strategy and boosts brand exposure.
  •  Data Analysis and Optimization: Track and analyze the performance data of short video content and optimize the content creation strategy based on the feedback.
  • Overseas KOL Liaison: Assist in connecting with overseas KOLs and partners to promote the international spread of the brand.

 
Requirements:

  • Keenness on Popular Culture: Have a profound understanding of life, entertainment, technology, and popular culture and be able to incorporate these elements into social media content.
  • Online Awareness and Creativity: Possess a sharp online awareness, be able to seize online hotspots, and create creative content that meets the needs of the audience.
  • Social Media Operations Experience Preferred: Those who have independently managed their own social media accounts are preferred, and those with overseas social media operations experience will receive additional consideration.
  • Basic Editing Skills Preferred: Have basic graphic and video editing skills and be familiar with video editing tools such as Premiere, Final Cut, and Canva.
  • Cross-Cultural Communication: Those with experience in connecting with overseas KOLs are preferred and can contribute to the internationalization of the brand.
  •  Interest in AI: Those with a certain enthusiasm for AI technology and the frontier technology field will receive additional consideration.
  • English Proficiency: Be fluent in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing, and be able to communicate with overseas teams or partners without hindrance.
