The Role

We’re looking for a creative and driven Content Marketing Manager to fuel our growth through compelling content, creative design and engaging campaigns. You’ll be the creative engine behind our content to drive brand awareness, engagement, and demand through high-impact design and storytelling. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for executing lead/revenue generating projects through content creation, email marketing, event marketing & social media.

Our ideal candidate is a creative marketing professional with strong writing and design skills. You should be able to develop engaging written and visual content to attract and retain customers. For this position, it’s also essential to be up-to-date with AI, new technologies and marketing trends.

This role is perfect for someone that wants to make a lasting, major impact on a company while developing a wide array of marketing skills.

Responsibilities

  • Study company products and features to translate technical details into benefits for the user
  • Manage ShiftCare’s content strategy and work with content writers to deliver blogs, case studies, whitepapers, E-books & videos
  • Identify gaps in our content and recommend new topics
  • Follow and analyse market trends to position products
  • Proofread, re-structure and edit articles before publication
  • Update our website and social media pages with fresh weekly content
  • Own the creation of branded design assets for use across web, email, social media, events, and sales
  • Design creative assets (using Canva / Figma / Photoshop) 
  • Maintain and evolve our visual brand identity to ensure consistency and creativity across all content
  • Craft and send out monthly newsletters
  • Organise webinars with internal team or external partners
  • Report on the performance of content, events, social media, and email campaigns on a weekly basis to the Head of Marketing

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in content marketing, with a strong focus on visual design
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Hands-on design skills in Canva, Figma, Photoshop or similar tools
  • Highly organised, with a process-oriented mindset
  • Experience using social media for business
  • Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (e.g. WordPress)
  • Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives
  • Understanding of SEO guidelines and keyword research is a plus
  • A strong desire to own, lead and execute projects within a business
  • Degree in Marketing, Journalism or Communication
