About the Role 🤔
We're on the lookout for our next Performance Content Creator who will play an important role within our Marketing team to deliver short pieces of content that effectively drive traffic and sales to our online stores.
Sitting within the Performance Marketing Team, you'll deliver weekly ad volume for Quad Lock’s key categories (Motorcycle, Car, Cycle, Everyday) across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok. This role is most suited to someone who can do it all, talk to camera, shoot with an iPhone and edit at speed - someone who thrives in a hands-on environment and isn’t afraid to make things happen.
Please note; this role is offered as a 6-month fixed-term contract.

What You'll Do 🎥
- Creating and editing content for advertisements on but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok
- Assisting in strategising and conceptualising pieces of content that deliver results
- Presenting to camera for talk to camera pieces or conducting voiceovers
- Research trends and advertising campaigns to assist in concept creation
- Downloading and organising footage and stills from content shoots
- Downloading and organising external content creator footage
- Ensuring media and project files are backed up correctly
What You'll Bring 🤝
- Proven experience in a similar role creating content for eCommerce stores
- Strong skills in photography and videography
- Ability to confidently work in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Premiere Pro) and other editing software
- Understanding of social media platforms and trends
- Highly organised with the ability to plan and schedule tasks
- Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously
- Excellent communication skills and proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Analytical aptitude to interpret data, extract valuable insights, and implement optimisation strategies
- Proactive and adept in handling multiple projects simultaneously
- Eye for design, that ensures all content produced resonates visually with our audience, fostering brand consistency and engagement
- Attention to detail, from reviewing and approving content before it goes live
- Ability to work with AI software to identify and speed up tasks effectively
- Valid motorcycle licence is preferred
