About The Role

**This position is Fixed Term Maternity Leave Contract ending in May 2025**

Reporting to the Consumer Marketing Manager, you will be part of the team that is responsible for local Consumer Marketing initiatives, focused on the Electrolux, AEG, Westinghouse, Chef, and Kelvinator brands.

You will drive Consumer Marketing elements of the Commercial Marketing Activation Planning (CMAP) and ensure first-class execution against these plans, testing, and optimizing along the way.

What You’ll Do

  • Work with the Consumer Marketing Manager to develop and execute against the Consumer Marketing elements of the Master Marketing Plan (MMP) for CA ANZ, focused on Electrolux, AEG, Westinghouse, Chef, and Kelvinator brands (core brands).

  • Support the Consumer Marketing Manager to manage the core brand Consumer Marketing budgets for ANZ, focusing funding in areas that best support our business objectives and long-term success.

  • Work alongside the APMEA & CA ANZ Retail Marketing, CA ANZ Trade Operations (TO) and Consumer Direct Interaction (CDI) teams when Consumer Marketing initiatives have retail or ecommerce activation potential - test, learn, measure, and optimise.

  • Drive core brand Consumer Marketing content activation in ANZ, minimising content waste, measuring effectiveness, and feeding back to the planning and production decision makers.

  • Work cross-functionally with local Sales, Product Line, and Controlling to understand the needs of customers and the wider organisation to sharpen marketing plans and maximise impact.

  • Support the A-Brand content briefing process for major campaigns into the BA EA Content team.

  • Directly manage A-Brand content localisation for ANZ, via the BA content team, BA tools, or BA localisation network agency.

  • Lead content briefing for Westinghouse, Chef, and Kelvinator brands into the BA EA Content team and manage local agency partners.

  • Support the Consumer Marketing Manager to drive core brand PR, social and influencer strategy and activation in CA ANZ.

Who You Are

  • 2+ year’s brand marketing experience in consumer-driven companies with proven results.

  • Proven experience in having worked on a consumer-driven marketing plan that drives profitable growth, market share, and brand health improvements.

  • University degree in Marketing or related area.
