As the Consumer Insights Manager, Snacking ANZ, you will be part of a high performing team who are responsible for leading the delivery of top tier financial results for the high growth ANZ Chocolate & Snack Bars Portfolio by putting the consumer/shopper at the heart of all decision making, leading on consumer connection programs, delivering best in class and integrated consumer and category insights.
You will lead the development of consumer trends and insights based on ad hoc qualitative & quantitative research projects and data analysis to build insight that drives action to inform the strategic growth plan of the business.

You will lead the development of consumer trends and insights based on ad hoc qualitative & quantitative research projects and data analysis to build insight that drives action to inform the strategic growth plan of the business.
Some of the key accountabilities for this role will include:
- Proactively participate in key decision-making forums and drive consumer centric decision making
- Support and deliver best in class insight plan for ANZ Chocolate & Snack Bars in collaboration with consumer insight & marketing team within the budget, time, and resource constraints, aligned with the business priorities; This includes plans for brand positioning and creative development, new product strategy and product development and foresight development.
- Provide objective counsel to the marketing, commercial and insights teams on the effectiveness of category & brand strategies and execution of plans
- Drive holistic consumer insights and understanding to inform business planning and decision making leveraging all types of consumer/shopper research
What you will bring
A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:
- 5+ years in Consumer Insights/Market Research, ideally within a research agency or client side environment
- A strong level of technical market research, and marketing expertise is advantageous
- Strong project management skills; ability to dive in and deliver
- Sound knowledge in the analysis and communication of research information
- Communicating effectively, verbally and in writing
