We are seeking a Consultant to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a motivated, collaborative professional who enjoys solving complex challenges, working closely with clients, and delivering impactful digital transformation projects.
Key Responsibilities
Management Consultants are responsible for activities related to advising external clients on improving business results across a variety of fields, such as information technology (IT) consulting, data analytics consulting and strategy consulting.
Client Delivery
Consult with clients on key business imperatives related to innovation, strategy, and product development.
Assist with organizational change management efforts to help clients achieve a successful implementation of their new processes and/or tools and organizational design.
Support adoption and change activities to drive stakeholder alignment.
Collaborate with client teams to analyze business needs and recommend tailored digital solutions.
Design and implement disruptive digital technologies like Internet of Things, Machine Learning, and Augmented Reality to help clients drive business model innovation, enable new customer experiences and build new internal capabilities
Contribute to delivery of solutions on time and within budget.
Maintain ~80% billable utilization.
Apply knowledge of IT/OT systems integration to connect business processes and technologies.
Identify and manage delivery risks while ensuring project quality.
Facilitate workshops and training sessions with client teams.
People & Practice Development
Support development of business cases, transformation strategies, and roadmaps.
Participate in internal training initiatives and knowledge sharing forums.
Contribute to a high-performing and inclusive team culture.
Nice to Have Skills
SCRUM/Agile methodology experience or certifications.
Organisational Change Management experience or certifications.
Experience delivering scalable IoT/IIoT, analytics, or software-led transformation projects.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience delivering digital or industrial automation solutions, with at least 1 years in a management consulting role.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel (~10–20%), primarily in the South Pacific region.
