Your Role with Us
As Compliance Lead, you will strengthen the Group’s integrity by aligning business functions, including Finance and People & Culture, with Australian and international obligations. You will lead the Vendor Due Diligence (VDD) and third-party risk functions, ensuring rigorous governance across our global operations. Working closely with Legal & Governance, you will proactively identify risks and establish the internal processes required to support our operational integrity and long-term expansion.

What you will do:
- Manage compliance programs across all global entities and jurisdictions.
- Act as primary advisor for People & Culture, Finance and corporate functions.
- Ensure alignment with Australian and international regulatory requirements.
- Design and maintain compliance frameworks, policies and reporting structures.
- Execute end-to-end Vendor Due Diligence (VDD) and operational handbooks.
- Collaborate internally to mitigate risks in operations and supply chains.
- Report compliance performance and risk insights to senior leadership.
- Deliver training to drive organisation-wide compliance awareness.
- Lead audit readiness and manage all compliance reviews.
What you will bring:
- 3-5 years in compliance or risk, preferably with international companies.
- Knowledge of Australian and international corporate, privacy and financial regulations.
- Experience building and managing compliance and governance systems.
- Proven background in vendor due diligence or third-party risk.
