Are you passionate about compliance and looking to make a significant impact within a dynamic organisation? We are seeking a dedicated Coordinator to join our Risk and Compliance team at Transurban in Melbourne, Australia.

About the Role: As a Compliance Coordinator, you will support the leadership and wider compliance team in managing complex programs and policy requirements across the Transurban Group. You will:

  • Coordinate day-to-day compliance activities and prepare reports and presentations

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives

  • Provide administrative support to ensure end-to-end governance of policies and mandatory compliance learning activities

  • Assist in the development and implementation of compliance training programs

  • Build effective relationships with key internal stakeholders

Key Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar field within a corporate environment

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work autonomously, with flexibility, and manage multiple priorities

  • Advanced MS Office skills – for creating reports, presentations, and other collateral as required by the team

  • Proactive and detail-oriented professional with a passion for compliance
