What this opportunity involves:
The Community Ambassador role offers an exciting opportunity to blend corporate hospitality expertise with workplace innovation, delivering premium client experiences across prestigious properties. This dynamic position is perfect for professionals with corporate, hospitality, or events backgrounds who want to elevate workplace environments through exceptional service delivery, strategic relationship building, and memorable guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome visitors, manage arrivals/departures, and maintain professional front desk operations

  • Schedule conference rooms, coordinate events, and manage room setups with F&B services

  • Oversee common areas, conduct floor walks, and manage desk/meeting room allocation

  • Report maintenance issues, manage contractors, handle deliveries, and maintain supplies

  • Operate switchboard and serve as central information point for building services

  • Manage visitor registration, access cards, and building security compliance

  • Process service requests, handle invoices, and maintain compliance documentation

  • Function as emergency warden and support crisis procedures

  • Work with facility management and service partners for daily operations

  • Identify enhancement opportunities and suggest operational improvements
