About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Coordinator, Communications to join our Clients & Markets team. This role is ideal for someone early in their communications career who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality content and communications that support business growth and client engagement. 

This position is a fixed-term full-time (part-time option can also be available) contract, commencing towards the end of October 2025 for approximately 12 months’, covering a parental leave period within the team. We are open to the successful candidate being based in any major Australian city (Adelaide, Brisbane, Melbourne, Perth, or Sydney).  

 

Key responsibilities 

  • External communications: Assist in editing, drafting and publishing content and campaigns across services lines and sectors.   

  • Internal communications: Help prepare and distribute staff communications for a designated portfolio that promote team updates and celebrate success. 

  • Client experience and BD support: Assist the BD and client experience teams to update and develop content that supports the client journey and business development goals. 

  • Project coordination: Coordinate communication activities that support client engagement and promote the firm’s visibility.  

  • Events and sponsorships: Support content opportunities around events and sponsorships to nurture relationships and amplify impact. 

  • Media relations: Assist with media engagement efforts and identify opportunities to repurpose media content for broader marketing use. 

  • Marketing reporting: Support the team by compiling engagement metrics and maintaining trackers.

  • Strong foundational writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with an eye for detail. 

  • Experience working with content marketing campaigns. 

  • A collaborative mindset and ability to build strong relationships across teams. 

  • Organised, detail-focused, and comfortable managing multiple priorities. 

  • A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within a supportive team environment. 

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage confidently and professionally with internal and external stakeholders across all levels.
