About the Role:


Reporting to the Head of Personal Lending, the Channel Growth Manager plays a critical role in shaping and delivering Plenti’s growth strategy, with a strong focus on driving commercial outcomes and leveraging analytics to inform decision-making. Focused on supporting third-party broker distribution, this role is a part of Consumer Lending and responsible for managing and enhancing Plenti’s personal loans and consumer car loan offerings to meet the evolving needs of brokers, customers, and the market.


By combining deep market analysis with data-driven insights, the Channel Growth Manager optimises pricing strategies, benchmarks product performance, and identifies opportunities to expand Plenti’s market share. This role is pivotal in ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining a competitive edge, and delivering sustainable growth across both product verticals.


Key Responsibilities:


• Oversee and continuously enhance Plenti’s asset finance products to align with market demands

• Conduct comprehensive reporting and analysis to develop business cases for product improvements.

• Lead the research, development, and project management of new products, collaborating with internal stakeholders from inception to implementation.

• Monitor Plenti’s market position, identifying and evaluating changes in internal and external environments that may impact pricing.

• Analyse and interpret Plenti’s market share across product categories to identify growth opportunities.

• Explore and develop new markets, product features, and enhancements to sustain competitive advantage.

• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements by collaborating with the Legal team to maintain up-to-date agreements and adherence to standards.

• Collaborate with marketing teams to provide data-driven insights on customer lifecycle trends and partner engagement effectiveness

• Support the national team of BDMs by developing tailored marketing strategies and tools that enhance broker relationships and align with business objectives.

• Assist in the design and execution of partner engagement initiatives, ensuring they are impactful and contribute to driving loan originations

• Expertise in optimising processes to enhance efficiency and deliver measurable outcomes.

•In-depth knowledge of the financial services landscape, including underlying economics and commercial drivers.

• Advanced analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

• Exceptional project management and stakeholder collaboration skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.

•Comprehensive understanding of pricing strategies, market positioning, and competitor benchmarking.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective engagement with partners, cross-functional teams, and the national BDM team.
