Lead the Charge in Commercial Finance – Commercial Manager (Mako Robotics)

Reporting to the Senior Commercial Manager, this pivotal role places you in the heart of our Commercial Business Partnering team.

- Lead the Mako commercial finance team to drive function performance with P&L ownership and management reporting.
- Business partner with divisions and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Lead the end-to-end forecasting and annual budgeting process, long-term strategic planning and provide advice on risks & opportunities.
- Support decision making through financial modelling, insights and analysis of key performance drivers.
- Lead investment appraisal reviews, business cases, pricing strategy and pre-alignment/approval processes and provide recommendations.
- Drive continuous process improvement, automation and implement best practices.
- Provide leadership, coaching and mentoring to a high performing team.
Critical Requirements (e.g. skills, experience, qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in finance related topic is required
- Minimum of 8 years of experience.
- CA/CPA qualified or working towards it is strongly preferred
- Proven relationship building and influencing capabilities.
- Strong communication skills and proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations.
- Intermediate to advanced excel knowledge with the ability to leverage advanced formulas, Macros, tools and shortcuts to analyse and provide insights on data.
- Able to create advanced Power BI reports strongly preferred.
- Ability to provide coaching and support to other team members is preferred.

Travel Percentage: 10%
