Join our dynamic Corporate Access team where you'll play a key role in organizing and executing corporate access events across Asia. This is an exciting opportunity to grow your career in a fast-paced environment, working closely with various divisions to deliver impactful events. As a Corporate Access Coordinator within the Corporate Access team, you will be instrumental in the origination and execution of corporate access events across the region. You will collaborate with investment banking, equity research, sales, and other divisions to develop engaging content and ensure seamless event execution. Your role will be crucial in maintaining our reputation as a top-ranked team in Asia, providing exceptional support to our clients and partners.
Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide support across J.P. Morgan franchise sponsorships and cross lines of business events
  • Prepare event invitations, meeting schedules, and marketing materials
  • Set up event details in our event management systems and monitor schedules
  • Manage logistical arrangements and partner with the Corporate Meetings and Events team
  • Provide onsite support at events and monitor meeting attendance for reporting
  • Update event management systems with accurate post-event attendance
  • Adhere to meeting protocols, including budget management and compliance
  • Collaborate with various divisions to develop content across different products


Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in Corporate Access or Financial Industry
  • University degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline
  • Team player with excellent multitasking skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Self-directed, highly motivated, and able to work independently
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate concepts and ideas


Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Experience in event management or project management
  • Familiarity with event management systems
  • Ability to thrive under competitive pressures and remain focused on client needs
