JOB DESCRIPTION:
The mission of the Commercial Finance Manager is to drive Roiback's growth and operational excellence across pivotal sectors, ensuring a balance between commercial ambitions, operational and compliance necessities, and ecosystem integration.
He/she will function will be critical to ensure the execution of strategic actions across the organization interacting with commercial, administration, other internal teams and external advisors, client and partners.
You will have a significant impact in the following three strategic areas:
- Growth: this position will take the lead in coordinating the commercial and legal activities related to business development partnerships. These partnerships help to add strategic products that amplify Roiback's offerings, allowing us to scale our business without incurring additional development costs in line with the 3Yr plan.
- GDPR and Compliance with LAW: this role will play a pivotal role between compliance and commercial teams in overseeing and implementing the necessary contractual and operational adjustments to ensure continuous compliance with GDPR regulations and compliance with other mandatory regulations and laws.
- Client’s contract standards: this role has the responsibility to review and ensure that all contracts with clients are up to date with the ultimate standards of the company supporting the team in the negotiation with the clients if an update is needed.
- Ecosystem collaboration: the role will be key for the coordination between Hotebeds legal teams and Roiback commercials for ensuring the adequation of ROIBACK legal framework to the HBx ecosystem.
Skills
- Project management and coordination: The candidate must be adept at initiating, planning, and executing projects to achieve specific business goals within a specified time. They should be capable of breaking down projects into tasks, setting timelines, allocating resources, and monitoring progress.
- Understand business needs: the position needs to have a solid understanding of business most valuable priorities and a wide view of both commercial and legal needs.
- Technical and analytical: the person in this role needs to be capable of using different technical tools (Salesforce, Excel, Google Sheets, Jira) at high level and be capable in identifying key business metrics and build report and insight around those metrics.
- Problem solving: able to approach problems from different prospectives; using different metrics to define problems structure and possible outcomes of different decisions; capable to work with and coordinate teams with different roles and skills in order to reach correct long-term solution for multidisciplinary and interdepartmental issues.
- Information processing with strong attention to details: a key skill in this position is the ability to focus process multiple and complex information maintaining at the same time a strong attention on the details of an agreement.
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in roles in administrative, audit, procurement or operational departments
- A good level of use of Excel is a must
- A good level of English and Spanish is a must
Qualifications
- University Degree in Economics, Legal, Political Science or similar education
- MBA or Masters ‘Degree in Project Management, Marketing or similar would be preferable
