Job Description

The Account Executive sits with our Winning Commercial division, which provides kitchen, bathroom and laundry solutions to all sectors of the building and kitchen cabinet industry. This team has a wide range of partnerships across Australia, with teams in NSW, ACT, WA and QLD.

This role will see you building close relationships with architects, designers, builders and developers to supply upcoming and existing projects with Winning Commercial’s white goods. As an Account Executive you will be constantly meeting new people and travelling across your region to meet with new and existing clients! You will build new business relationships as well as manage the strong existing relationships that Winning already has in place, using your unparalleled people skills.

  • Manage and nurture existing commercial client relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Understand clients' business needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding service to clients.
  • Define project objectives and deliverables.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines and resource allocation.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
  • Communicate project status, updates, and risks.
  • Conduct regular project meetings and provide progress reports.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
  • Implement quality control processes and conduct necessary testing.
  • Allocate resources effectively to maximise project outcomes.
  • Identify and address resource constraints or bottlenecks.
  • Achieve stock control targets and revenue goals.
  • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis to adapt sales strategies.
  • Negotiate and finalise commercial agreements, contracts, and pricing structures.
  • Ensure contracts meet both client expectations and company objectives.
  • Educate clients about product features, benefits, and industry best practices.
  • Offer training and support to help clients maximise the value of company offerings.
  • Act as a point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and escalations.
  • Resolve client issues promptly and professionally.

Qualifications

  • Account management and business development skills.
  • Network in the construction, architecture, appliances or plumbing industries is a bonus but not essential.
  • Ability to understand clients needs quickly.
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent rapport building skills.
  • Ability to identify business opportunities, negotiate and close business deals.
  • Proven experience & passion for sales.
  • Excellent knowledge of google suite products including CRM disciplines.
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and the ability to meet company KPI’s.
  • Aptitude in delivering attractive and clear presentations.
  • Achieving sales, growth, and expense plans in the commercial channel.
