Within Business Banking (BB), the Digital Banking Domain is responsible for managing and transforming digital platforms including CommBiz, CommBiz Mobile, NetBank, and the CommBank app. This role sits within the Business CommBank app and NetBank Crew, focused on safeguarding our customers through proactive fraud and scam management.
Do work that matters
As the CommBiz Fraud & Scams Manager, you’ll play a critical role in supporting the delivery of fraud and scam prevention initiatives across the CommBiz platform. You’ll be accountable for planning, tracking, and reporting on initiatives that protect our customers, working closely with stakeholders across BB and Group Fraud teams.
On any given week you will:
Collaborate with product owners, design, fraud specialists, risk, compliance, and technology teams to shape and deliver the fraud & scams roadmap
Lead initiative planning and maintain clear reporting on progress, risks, and outcomes
Monitor fraud trends and customer impacts to inform prioritisation and response
Support delivery squads with insights, data, and coordination to ensure successful execution
Prepare for and represent CommBiz in cross-functional forums and working groups focused on fraud and scams
Ensure alignment with regulatory expectations including the Group’s response to the Scams Prevention Framework and internal risk frameworks
We are interested to hear from people who have:
Experience in fraud and scams prevention within digital banking or financial services
Strong stakeholder engagement skills across business, risk, and technology domains
Proven ability to manage complex initiatives with multiple dependencies
A data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting capabilities
Experience with agile delivery environments and digital platforms
A proactive, collaborative approach and a passion for customer protection
