We are now looking for a CoE Cost Data Management to secure the efficiency and effects of the global scale and skills in cost data management for Ericsson global scope. In this role you will assure all the cost related master data, complying to Ericsson Financial Model. Act as reliable data foundation for reporting and business decisions, and data readiness for digital transformation. The Cost-related master data are including cost centers (with Legal/ Functional/ Operational/ FIRE hierarchies), hourly rates, internal orders, cost budget uploading, Common Cost local allocation cycles and time-sheet corrections for productive hours. You will provide 1st line support in other areas: Certification (Reconciliation system), GRC PC (SoX Compliance), SAP System Roles & Access.

You Will:
- Govern cost-related Master Data, validate and process daily request and inquires.
- Perform proactive quality assurance activities and reports.
- Review CC MD according to information model, identify issues and propose MD change.
- Act and drive for cost management related processes and tools improvements.
- Support Cost center reports
- Support data uploading and account reconciliation
- Work center maintenance & personnel assignment
- Hourly rate maintenance & Time-sheet correction (production hours)
- Budget uploading in SAP P12
- SAP Roles & Authorizations, GRC PC Support & Certification Support
The Skills You Bring:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting (Regular), Business, Economics or the equivalent work experience.
- Experience - 1-2 years of experience into accounting
- Planning & organizing skills!
- Proven experience in adapting and responding to change.
- Analytical skill
- Passion for working with people, relating and networking
- Digital and gate-keeping mindset
