About the role

Seeking experienced Technical business analyst with strong requirements gathering and translation skills. Must have solid Technical Acumen (but not be a developer) who nderstands cloud platforms, APIs, data models, and integration concepts well enough to ask the right questions and validate feasibility with architects/devs.  Experience with Agile Delivery Framework.

Responsibilities include:

  • Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.

  • Facilitate communication between teams to enhance collaboration and efficiency.

  • Analyze project performance and implement improvements as necessary.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Requirements Gathering & Translation Skills: Can confidently engage stakeholders, extract business needs, and translate them into clear technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

  • Solid Technical Acumen (but not a dev): Understands cloud platforms, APIs, data models, and integration concepts well enough to ask the right questions and validate feasibility with architects/devs. Experience with Agile Delivery Frameworks: Comfortable working in scrum or hybrid agile teams, writing/refining stories, and managing backlogs.

  • Confident Facilitator & Communicator: Able to run workshops, steer playback sessions, and distil complex information clearly for technical and non-technical audiences. Solution-Oriented Mindset: Goes beyond documenting — brings ideas, challenges assumptions, and proactively contributes to solution design and process improvement.

  • Tools & Documentation Skills: Skilled in using Confluence, Jira, Miro (or equivalents) to map processes, capture requirements, and collaborate virtually.

  • End-to-End Delivery Awareness: Understands the full lifecycle from discovery to implementation and can anticipate downstream impacts of business decisions on delivery, data, security, and change.

  • Stakeholder Empathy & Business Context Awareness: Can quickly grasp industry context, speak the client’s language, and balance technical constraints with business priorities.
