Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced/qualified Health Information Manager to join the Solventum Health Information Systems (HIS) division.  You will utilise your organisational and planning skills to be an integral member of this successful team as we expand our portfolio and expand into the development of computer assisted coding products. This role will only suit a self-motivated, tenacious and successful professional with a true passion for results.

This position involves:

  • Working as part of a team in the development of HIS products for the Australian health industry
  • Both interstate and intrastate travel as required

The successful person will have:

  • Degree or equivalent in Health Information Management
  • Significant and recent experience working with ICD-10-AM (including 12th Edition) and the AR-DRG Grouper
  • Strong understanding of the processes associated with documentation in electronic medical record systems.
  • Ability to design processes in line with software functionality.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Confidence in delivering group presentations
  • Strong Microsoft 365 skills
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment would be viewed favourably.
