Job Description
  • Leads and develops a team of clinical experts, including Ultrasound Cardiovascular clinical and workflow specialist, providing coaching, performance direction, and mentorship to ensure delivery market leading Ultrasound solutions, regulatory compliance, and achievement of organizational goals.

  • Guides and develops employees to achieve organizational goals and ensure compliance with industry regulations, all while fostering a culture of impact with care.

  • Develops advanced training modules and educational materials that enhance clinical proficiency and user satisfaction, supporting effective onboarding and continuous professional development.

  • Communicates effectively and persuasively with clinical end-users, delivering impactful training sessions, technical support, and educational resources that promote proficient use of Philips' products and services.

  • Documents meticulously and provides detailed reporting on application implementations, ensuring accuracy and completeness to support seamless project management and regulatory compliance.

  • Adapts Philips' clinical applications to intricately meet diverse customer specifications and operational complexities, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance in healthcare settings.

  • Ensures strict adherence to regulatory standards and internal protocols throughout all post-sales stages of application deployment, ensuring compliance and safeguarding patient safety, working under limited supervision.

  • Analyzes complex clinical workflows and operational procedures with meticulous detail, conducting thorough post-sales assessments to pinpoint inefficiencies and opportunities for enhancing the effectiveness of Philips' applications.

  • Applies advanced clinical knowledge and technical expertise to provide authoritative guidance and support, facilitating the successful implementation and utilization of Philips' products and services.

  • Cultivates strategic alliances and fosters collaborative relationships with healthcare professionals, specialists, and key stakeholders, driving engagement and ensuring successful application deployments.

  • Evaluates continuously and optimizes Philips' clinical applications based on user feedback, performance metrics, and industry benchmarks to drive ongoing improvement and innovation.

  • Consults strategically with healthcare providers and organizational leaders to streamline workflows and maximize the efficacy of Philips' applications, offering tailored insights and solutions to address specific clinical challenges.

 

 

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:

  • Bachelor's/ Master's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Management or clinical field.

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in areas such as Clinical Applications, Business Development, Clinical Sales, Sales Support or equivalent.

  • Strong presenter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comparable to high-performing modality sales specialists.

  • Solid understanding of the healthcare market, clinical environments, and medical workflows.

  • Ability to work independently as a high-performing individual contributor while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities under pressure.

  • Customer-centric attitude with a focus on delivering value and building trusted relationships.

  • Adaptability and resilience in dynamic, fast-paced healthcare environments.

  • High level of emotional intelligence and cultural sensitivity when working with diverse clinical teams and stakeholders.
