As Client Marketing Strategy Lead, you’ll lead how Realtor.com® shows up for the industry — shaping the positioning, messaging, and marketing strategies that elevate us as the most trusted, modern, and data-driven partner for real estate professionals.

This role is part of the Client organization, which owns all of Realtor.com® ’s B2B products and partnerships for agents, brokers, lenders, and other professionals. It reports to the Chief Client & Revenue Officer, with a dotted line into the CMO organization to ensure full alignment across marketing, brand, and creative.

You’ll guide strategy and messaging across our key professional touchpoints — from industry events and brand campaigns to email communications, media partnerships, and the National Association of REALTORS® relationship — ensuring everything ladders up to one clear, compelling narrative.

You bring the rigor of a strategist, the creativity of a storyteller, and the leadership to turn insight into integrated marketing that drives results.

We balance creativity and innovation on a foundation of in-person collaboration. For most roles, our employees work three or more days in our offices, where they have the opportunity to collaborate in-person, adding richness to our culture and knitting us closer together.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead B2B Marketing Strategy: Define the strategic foundation — audience insights, value propositions, and messaging frameworks — that connect Realtor.com® ’s products and services to the needs of real estate professionals.
  • Shape Industry Presence: Oversee how Realtor.com® shows up across the ecosystem — from national brand campaigns and NAR collaborations to events, trade media, and partnerships.
  • Translate Strategy Into Campaigns: Partner with Client Marketing Channel Leads, Product, Creative, and Sales Enablement to turn insight into integrated go-to-market campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels.
  • Align Brand and Business Priorities: Ensure positioning and messaging are embedded upstream in product, sales, and communications planning — connecting marketing strategy directly to growth, adoption, and retention goals.
  • Measure and Evolve: Establish success metrics for campaign and brand performance; translate learnings into clear, actionable refinements.
  • Bridge Client and Consumer Storytelling: Ensure Realtor.com®’s professional and consumer narratives work in harmony — one brand, two sides of the marketplace.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with 10+ years in B2B marketing, brand, or communications strategy — ideally in technology, media, or real estate.
  • Proven experience leading integrated marketing or go-to-market campaigns for professional audiences.
  • Strong ability to align cross-functional teams — from creative to product to sales — around unified strategies and outcomes.
  • Deep understanding of the agent, broker, and builder ecosystems and the dynamics of two-sided marketplaces.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the confidence to influence C-suite leaders and creative peers alike.
  • Analytical and creative — able to connect data, insight, and ideas into marketing that moves business.
