Job Description

Reporting to Account Director, you will create impact within our Client Management Capability . Overseeing the growth of existing client accounts, implementation of policies and workflows that align with the best interests of the client and agency alike. You'll ensure client satisfaction and the success and longevity of the relationship with your accounts. You'll be influential member of the team and will contribute to the strategic development of the business and deliver new revenue opportunities from your clients.


Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Build relationships with clients and key account stakeholders
  • Take ownership of specific areas within our client portfolio, and act as the primary connection between Jellyfish and the client
  • Create and maintain accurate documentation, including client reports, scopes, briefs and presentations
  • Work with our teams to serve clients, contributing to the retention and growth of the accounts
  • Align with client business objective and guide clients on their digital maturity and growth
  • Stay on top of industry updates and understand priorities for your clients based on their verticals and current marketing activities

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in digital account management or client management role
  • Experience working with global brands and teams
  • Demonstrated long-term relationships with a large network of partners
  • You'll excel at explaining client benefits from all technology in place, and an ongoing understanding of new systems in development that may provide client or workflow benefits
  • Understanding of Analytics, GMP, Google Ads and Meta
  • You'll have be aware of project progress and important deliverable milestones and will ensure all parties expectations are aligned with these
  • You'll be great building relationships, both internally and with clients, to provide direction, information and guidance to ensure that Jellyfish is perceived as a "best in class" digital marketing agency
  • Client-centric - You'll love getting to know your clients, developing long-lasting relationships and adding value to their business.
  • Process Improvement - You seek and implement solutions to improve and automate processes.
  • Team Collaboration - You'll be great at collaborating with team members to achieve common goals, valuing and respecting diverse contributions.
  • Problem Solving - When faced with a problem, you collaborate with the appropriate people to evaluate different options find practical solutions.
