About the Role
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, packages, couriers, etc.)
- Monitoring and updating the company’s CRM system
- Performing data entry for the accounting team
- First contact with prospective suppliers to initiate communication or to request an offer
- Recruitment of candidates via LinkedIn
- First screening of CVs, through an applicant tracking system
- Conducting interviews with the candidates using the standard position approach
- Maintain office supplies inventory
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a similar field
- Previous relevant work experience
- Fluency in Greek and English
- Knowledge of ERP/CRM systems will be an asset
- Organizational, communication, time management and teamwork skills
