【職務内容】• Facility部門で使用する各種化学薬品供給設備の運転/日常管理• 担当設備の定期メンテナンス, 計画作成, 点検実施, 在庫確保, 故障予防の保全全般対応• 供給設備のトラブル対応及び原因分析支援, エンジニアと連帯して原因分析及び是正事項実施, 設備TPM/改善活動• 新規設備導入や旧設備撤去において, 現場での作業支援, 工事立会い, 安全確認• 化学薬品の受入/保管/供給において品質維持や誤運用防止のための運転手順書, 点検基準書などの技術文書作成/維持管理• 装置メーカー, 工事会社, 社内関係部門(生産設備/EHS/PSM/購買部門等)との技術的な調整/連帯対応• 法令/社内規定を遵守した安全管理, 変更管理, 監査対応への支援
【要件】• 過去化学, 機械, 半導体業界での職務経験がある。もしくは理系の高等学校卒業, 理系の専門学校卒業により基礎教育を受けたことがある。• 現象に基づく基本的な問題解決スキルを有し, 定型的なトラブルは適時対応する。• チーム内外の関係者と適切なコミュニケーションがとれ, 連携した業務の遂行が出来る。• 基礎的な化学/機械関連, 日常業務や指示に基づいた現状と計画が説明できる。• 基礎的なMicrosoft Office(Excel/Word/Power point)スキルを有する。• 社内外のステークホルダーと会話できる日本語能力を有する。• 英語を使用する機会は少ないが, 英語の会話/メールができる人, 英語を学ぶ意欲のある人は歓迎する。
