ClickUp is looking for a Channel Account Manager for the APAC region based in Australia. This resource has the opportunity to play a leading role in how we execute and refine our partner motion. The primary focus will be to optimize, activate and recruit our APAC channel by managing and recruiting new onboarding services, solutions, and sales partners. The Channel Account Manager is a quota-carrying, revenue-producing role that is responsible for recruiting, onboarding and managing relationships with a defined portfolio of partners. The role is responsible for selective new partner recruitment against our ideal partner profile, engaging partners with ClickUp's partner program, and driving joint partner business planning. Channel Account Managers will also significantly collaborate with ClickUp direct sales teams locally.


The role:

  • Recruit new partners aligned with our ideal partner profile. Current partner types include: VARs, Referral Partners, Consultancies, Agencies, and System Integrators.

  • Manage partnerships in APAC and other countries in the APAC region in alignment with ClickUp Partner Programs.

  • Work with partners to develop a repeatable service offering utilizing ClickUp as the underlying platform that partners will go to market with.

  • Act as a sales coach and mentor to partners, enabling them to run an effective, predictable, sales process that delivers consistent revenue.

  • Exceed revenue targets by developing and maintaining relationships with potential and existing channel partners

  • Engage and manage ClickUp partner programs and relationships in support of partnership objectives and sales opportunities (e.g. direct sales, sales engineers, channel marketing)

  • Must be willing to travel (when public health policies allow)

 

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of channel sales experience in Enterprise Application software. SaaS experience preferred. Ideal if you've gone through the journey of building a partner program. Understanding of a sales led partner model - where the core value proposition for partners is selling licences with their own professional services.

  • and/or 5+ years of channel experience and, ideally, an existing network of software focused partners in the APAC region. Understanding of a hybrid go to market model.

  • Demonstrated ability with partner recruitment and joint business planning.

  • Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional teaming

  • Fluent in English (additional APAC languages are a plus)

  • Must be located or willing to relocate to Australia
