Where the team fits in 

This role sits within with the Transformation and Integration team and entails working closely with project teams to develop and execute the change management required to achieve success.

  

Your initial focus of this role will be providing Change Management support on two strategic initiatives underway that transform the way REA delivers tech and expands our functional support capabilities. You will support teams through step-by-step transition processes and design change programs for many of the key deliverables of these projects. From time to time, you may also be required to provide change management support on integration programs or other projects led by the Transformation and Integration team.  

 

What the role is all about 

This role partners with cross functional teams to analyse change impacts and drive adoption by all stakeholders through well laid out and executed go-to-market plans. 

  • Leverage change management methodologies, processes, and tools to create a change plan to support adoption of the changes required by the project or initiative 

  • Define a vision for the change. Clearly articulate the drivers for change (internal and external), what change is required, why it is important and what success looks like. Articulate the from and to state 

  • Work with the project teams to complete a detailed Change Impact Analysis to understand the change impacts for all affected stakeholders 

  • Create a framework for the change journey - the high-level phases and how the impacted people will be taken safely through the journey 

  • Engage with key stakeholders to identify and understand their needs, concerns, and perspectives 

  • Consult with the Corporate Communications team to inform the change communications plan and key messaging covering all stakeholder groups including leaderships teams, impacted team members and any external parties 

  • Work closely with product/delivery teams to understand their roadmaps and key initiatives  

  • Analyse training needs and partner with learning specialists to design and deliver tailored training and tools 

  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives and make recommendations for improvements and adjustments as necessary 

 

Who we’re looking for 

  • Strategic mindset, coupled with exceptional change and communications management skills  

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams will be vital in this role 

  • A strong understanding of change management methodologies and principles 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels 

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines 

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess and improve operational processes
