Job Description

Change Manager, Finance Transformation is responsible for implementing and managing the daily change initiatives within the One Endeavour program. A major component of this program is coordinating the migration of SAP and satellite applications from shared systems to stand-alone Endeavour applications. The ERP Pillar is responsible for transitioning the Group’s Finance, Supply Chain and Merchandising systems.

Here is a taste of what you can expect in this role:

  • Ability to build awareness and capability through ongoing engagement with key stakeholders using targeted communications, engagement, and training programs.

  • Establish the change management plan for the program and ensure it’s aligned with the overall transformation objectives. 

  • Develop and implement stakeholder engagement and communications plans.

  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives in terms of their impact on people, processes, and technology and provide timely feedback to stakeholders

  • Identify and assess the potential impact of changes on the organisation and its stakeholders. 

  • Anticipate and manage resistance to change.

  • Develop and deliver communication plans to ensure that all stakeholders are informed of the changes and their expected outcomes. 

  • Work with stakeholders to identify and address training needs associated with changes.

  • Identify policies and procedures that need to be implemented or changed to ensure a successful transition to the new state.

Qualifications

Now let’s talk about you: 

  • Demonstrable delivery of large-scale change programs and activities.

  • Functional experience in a role related to Finance, Supply Chain or Merchandising

  • Ability to lead a change management function and program of work that is integrated in a cohesive way for all impacted stakeholders.

  • Ability to anticipate and manage potential issues and risks to the program.

  • Demonstrated experience working on large, complex SAP programs, with experience on S/4HANA transitions

  • Extensive understanding of diverse Change Management principles and effective methodologies to execute suitable strategies as needed. 

  • Demonstrated ability to provide leadership to peers and stakeholders

  • Ability to strike a balance between pragmatism and effectiveness with the depth of experience to practically blend these qualities.

  • A strong collaboration style with the ability to engage at all levels throughout an organisation as well as with external stakeholders 

  • A team-oriented and inclusive mindset is essential along with being proactive in identifying and solving problems, and exhibiting an entrepreneurial spirit.

  • Experience in working in transformation projects 

  • Development of change initiatives to support significant organisational change
