Job Description

Role Purpose:

The Data Program Change Manager is responsible for managing the people, process, and technology changes resulting from the Data Transformation Program. This role will focus on minimising disruption, maximising engagement across technical and non-technical teams, and helping drive the realisation of benefits associated with our evolving data landscape.

We are ideally looking for a dedicated and experienced Change Manager, with prior experience working on large Data Programs, to work alongside the Senior Project Manager and team.  

This is an 18m Fixed Term Contract role. 

Responsibilities:
 

  • Design, lead and deliver change management activities across a data-focused transformation program.

  • Perform change analysis, including stakeholder and change impact and readiness assessments

  • Lead communications planning and execution related to change initiatives.

  • Support training and capability uplift initiatives

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive and embed change into BAU and manage resistance.

  • Measure change adoption and business readiness using structured metrics

  • Actively contribute to the change community of practice by sharing best practices, tools, and lessons learned from the Data Transformation Program

 

 

Qualifications

Essential

  • Bachelor's degree and relevant postgraduate qualification in business, change, communications, HR or equivalent experience

  • Proven experience as a Change Manager in complex environments

  • Experience working in Agile delivery teams or squads

  • Autonomous, proactive, and outcome-focused

  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills

  • Resilient and adaptable - able to work in environments with high ambiguity and ongoing transformation.

  • Hands-on, delivery-focused approach - not just strategic oversight.

  • Strong ability to influence on what's required to deliver successful change

Preferred/Desirable

  • Experience with data platforms or data governance
