As a Consultant in the team, you'll transform retail through data-driven insights on promotions, category, range, marketing and strategic trends. 

How will you make an impact?
  • Manage your own portfolio of clients; build and maintain positive working relationships with senior client stakeholders.
  • Juggle multiple complex project requirements, including both completing the analytical work yourself and co-ordinating cross-functionally to bring ‘the best of Quantium’ to our clients.
  • Actively build industry relationships, understanding client needs in detail and being willing to go the extra mile to create value for our client businesses.
  • Contribute to a high-performing, dynamic and engaged culture with your creative ideas, attitude and desire to make an impact.
The superpowers you’ll be bringing to the team: 
  • Developing strategic expertise: You have some experience in data-driven insight generation and are honing your skills in business problem-solving strategies.
  • FMCG/Retail experience: You have experience working in a FMCG business, with growing ability to contribute analytical solutions in a commercial context.
  • Data proficient: You're adept at working with large data sets (e.g. customer & shopper data) and can extract meaningful insights to address commercial challenges.
  • Effective communicator: You possess a budding business development mindset and solid presentation skills, capable of adapting to change and managing multiple projects.
  • Collaborative innovator with AI curiosity: You're passionate about partnership-driven problem-solving, eager to learn about emerging AI technologies through collaboration, and excited by the opportunity to shape industry standards through innovative partnerships.
