You assist in planning, developing and execution of capital projects, technical development, feasibility perspectives of engineering-related activities in the supply chain and capital-expense project execution to support growth, world-class manufacturing and productivity with the highest level of quality, safety and environmental requirements. You help ensure sure that Mondelēz business and innovation processes in project management and Mondelēz standards in execution are followed.
How you will contribute
The role supports capital project execution, and you will be accountable for the quality of the results and execution of capital projects using Mondelēz standards, and business and innovation processes in project management. You will help define and deliver the capital and technical agenda during the development phase of capital investments with stakeholders so that accurate budgets, plans and fit-for-purpose technical solutions are provided and develop the capital budget according to the contract and forecast cash flow. You will also help ensure that applicable engineering developments and standards are properly implemented and support the development and implementation of state-of-the-art processes and equipment strategies to optimize resources, harmonize assets and rollout best practices.

Education / Certifications:
- Bachelor of Engineering, Business Administration or Finance.
Job specific requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience (preferably in the consumer goods sector and in the Engineering/Projects area), in tracking and control of projects portfolio, KPIs, reports and fixed assets.
- Experience in application of Office Tools: Excel, Word, Outlook y PowerPoint (Intermediate Level).
- English level: Intermediate (written and spoken).
What you need to know about this position:
Capex & Opex tracking
- Control reports (daily/weekly/monthly).
- Reports of committed, PO's overdue, AR plan and Closing SAP date.
- Reports of closing date, WBS status and COS per project.
- Analysis of variations (GAP) and monitoring of results.
- Reclassifications (MJE Forms).
- Month end presentations.
- Support CMC process: Phasing & BE (Capex/Opex), committed, presentations and update board.
Capitalization process and Fixed Assets
- Define and analysis the capitalization plan and execute (monthly).
- Elaboration of capitalization forms (monthly).
- Analysis and tracking of WOFF and depreciation plan.
IIM (tool to manage projects)
- Tracking of IIM activities/tools (according to TTS and AR's schedule).
- Follow up of the IIM activities according to action plans and Master Plan.
- Presentation of status and results (local and regional assessments review).
Internal controls
- Lead and coordinate activities of Fixed Assets inventory (if is applicable according to the plan).
