About the opportunity

At Axis Communications, marketing plays a key role in driving business growth and the Campaign Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive engagement, generate leads, and achieve business objectives in Oceania.

In this role, you will work closely with the Regional Marketing team as well as the Central Marketing team in APAC and HQ in Sweden, to develop and launch campaigns that drive demand for Axis products and solutions.

You will focus on developing and managing impactful marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals, and optimise performance for maximum ROI. You'll lead the end-to-end strategy, planning, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that help us grow pipeline. You will bring campaigns to life across a mix of channels - email, paid, media, ABM, webinars, events, and more.

The ideal candidate is experienced in developing innovative campaigns, a skilled communicator, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and have a passion for data-driven marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute campaigns aligned with business goals and target audiences.
  • Adopt and roll out account-based marketing (ABM) approach
  • Oversee campaign execution across online (website, social, digital) and offline marketing channels such as webinars, events, tradeshows and experience centre marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal Sales teams and external vendors to ensure timely launches and monitor results and follow-up.
  • Write compelling copy for emails, ads, and other marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to produce engaging content, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
  • Optimize lead generation, follow-up, and nurturing to generate Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
  • Track, measure, and analyse campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights for improvement.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and marketing best practices to continually improve campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications, skills, behaviours and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
  • Strong B2B marketing experience, with the capacity to motivate others
  • Experience in campaign management or account-based marketing (ABM) platform is advantage.
  • Strong communicator, project manager, and problem solver
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, email marketing platforms, etc.)
  • Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (formerly Pardot) experience preferred
  • Proven copy writing skills
  • Creativity and attention to detail
  • Ability to interpret data and make insights-driven decisions.
  • A team player with strong collaboration and communications skills.
