Join Shell Energy’s C&I Gas Retail team in a pivotal operations role supporting Commercial & Industrial customers across their full lifecycle. This is more than administration, you’ll be at the centre of customer operations, ensuring service excellence, resolving complex billing and transfer queries, and supporting a high-performing sales team in a fast-paced energy market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operational tasks and stakeholder queries across the C&I Gas portfolio

  • Resolve service orders, transfers and billing exceptions within agreed service levels

  • Provide operational and administrative support to the C&I Sales team

  • Deliver accurate reporting and support continuous process improvement initiatives

  • Maintain and support standard operating procedures within Gas Retail Operations

  • Collaborate across internal teams to ensure exceptional customer outcomes.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience in an operations, administration or customer-focused role (energy retail highly regarded)

  • Strong problem-solving skills with high attention to detail

  • Ability to prioritise, multitask and meet tight deadlines

  • Confident stakeholder engagement skills across phone and email channels

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel capability advantageous)

  • A proactive mindset with the ability to work both independently and within a team.
