About The Role

PolyNovo is currently searching for a Business Systems Analyst to join the Finance team. Reporting to the Finance Controller, the Business Systems Analyst plays a critical role in the management, optimisation, and continuous improvement of key business applications. Supporting day-to-day systems operations you will enhance user experience and drive improvements across finance-related processes.

You will be responsible for; 

• Act as the subject matter expert for ERP, SAP Concur, and ADP payroll systems.
• Monitor system performance, resolve issues, and coordinate with IT and vendors.
• Manage configuration changes, testing cycles, UAT, and go‑live activities.
• Maintain data integrity, system compliance, and audit‑ready documentation.
• Create and update SOPs, process maps, and system documentation.
• Deliver end‑user training and develop user guides.
• Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements across teams.
• Lead system upgrades, integrations, and implementation projects.
• Support reporting automation and BI tool development.
• Serve as the primary contact for external IT audits and stakeholder coordination.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related discipline
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is desirable
• 3–5 years’ experience in a Business Systems Analyst or Finance Systems Analyst role
• Strong experience working with ERP systems and SAP Concur
• Solid understanding of finance and business processes
• Demonstrated experience delivering system implementations and driving process improvements
• Strong documentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively with a broad range of stakeholders
• Hands-on, self-directed approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Visio, SQL, or other data query tools is highly regarded.
