About The Role
PolyNovo is currently searching for a Business Systems Analyst to join the Finance team. Reporting to the Finance Controller, the Business Systems Analyst plays a critical role in the management, optimisation, and continuous improvement of key business applications. Supporting day-to-day systems operations you will enhance user experience and drive improvements across finance-related processes.
You will be responsible for;
- Act as the subject matter expert for ERP, SAP Concur, and ADP payroll systems.
- Monitor system performance, resolve issues, and coordinate with IT and vendors.
- Manage configuration changes, testing cycles, UAT, and go‑live activities.
- Maintain data integrity, system compliance, and audit‑ready documentation.
- Create and update SOPs, process maps, and system documentation.
- Deliver end‑user training and develop user guides.
- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements across teams.
- Lead system upgrades, integrations, and implementation projects.
- Support reporting automation and BI tool development.
- Serve as the primary contact for external IT audits and stakeholder coordination.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related discipline
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is desirable
- 3–5 years’ experience in a Business Systems Analyst or Finance Systems Analyst role
- Strong experience working with ERP systems and SAP Concur
- Solid understanding of finance and business processes
- Demonstrated experience delivering system implementations and driving process improvements
- Strong documentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively with a broad range of stakeholders
- Hands-on, self-directed approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Visio, SQL, or other data query tools is highly regarded.
