We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, great customer service skills and a genuine willingness to learn. Whether you have worked in retail, hospitality, customer service, call centres or administration, we would love to hear from you.

As a Business Services Administrator, you will support our National Business Services team and play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our customers and clients. From day one, you will receive hands-on training, ongoing support and exposure to a variety of business and insurance functions.

  • Register and lodge claims
  • Manage team inboxes and correspondence

  • Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email

  • Provide administrative support to the wider team
  • Assist with claims-related activities as required
