As a Business Services Administrator, you will support our National Business Services team and play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our customers and clients. From day one, you will receive hands-on training, ongoing support and exposure to a variety of business and insurance functions.

Key Requirements
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- High attention to detail
- Administration, call centre, retail or customer service experience highly regarded
- Insurance or claims experience desirable but not essential
Key Responsibilities
- Register and lodge claims
- Manage team inboxes and correspondence
- Update and maintain claims management systems
- Prepare reports and documentation
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email
- Liaise with clients and service providers
- Provide administrative support to the wider team
- Assist with claims-related activities as required
